• On-the-Spot Returns & Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are only accepted while the courier is present at the delivery location. We kindly ask you to verify the product, quality, and size before the courier departs.

• Return Shipping Fees: If you decide to return the item while the courier is waiting, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

• Final Sale Condition: Once the courier has left the delivery location, the transaction is considered final. We strictly do not accept any returns or exchanges after the courier's departure under any circumstances.
